Instructions For Use
1. The device shall be thoroughly sterilized before use.
2. According to X-ray or endoscopic observation of the stenosis of the esophagus or cardia of the patient during the application, the bougie with a diameter slightly larger than that of the narrow site of patient shall be selected.
3. Under X-ray monitoring, the guide wire shall be first inserted through the hole of the gastroscope until the soft spring at the front of the guide wire was in the stomach cavity (it can be judged whether it is in the stomach from the bending shape of the soft spring), and the guide wire shall be removed from the gastroscope and retained.
4. The bougie is slid along the guide wire through the narrow part of the patient to play an expansion role. The diameter of the bougie shall be selected from small to large and gradually expanded.
